We changed the log-in credentials to our sFTP site recently.
You can find them in our Knowledge Base. Simply log in to the Support Portal and enter 1516 in the Search field (see image below).
The password is case-sensitive and gets changed every 90-100 days. The new password is good through on or about July 7, 2023. Look for an email or check the news section of the site around that time. If you have other questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out, we're here to help!
